Yes. One other person can drive a rented car if their particulars are provided at reservation and/or pickup - time and they meet all necessary requirements.
If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours (1 day) after booking, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee.
If you cancel after 24 hours of booking and before pick- up time, you will not receive any refund unless in a special circumstance minus cancellation as will be determined.
